Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, including but not limited to social determinants, treatment goals, and psychosocial stressors.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions that address a wide array of mental health and emotional challenges, ensuring each session is tailored to the unique needs of the client.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions designed to promote shared experiences and connections among clients facing similar challenges, fostering community support and psychoeducation.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable objectives and evidence-based interventions, ensuring clear pathways to achieving clients' goals.

• Deliver crisis intervention services that encompass thorough risk assessments, safety planning, and coordination with emergency resources as needed.

• Advocate passionately for clients' rights and assist them in navigating healthcare and community resources effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, in adherence to all ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our hospice clients often face complex emotional and psychological challenges related to end-of-life issues. As an LCSW, you will provide crucial support, helping clients and their families understand and cope with grief, loss, and other difficult emotions that arise during this transitional period. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to our competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
