OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - Chicagoland

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in pipeline management, ensuring sales records are complete and up to date in Salesforce. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of organizational records while maintaining data integrity standards. Interact with customers throughout the licensing process to ensure smooth installations and removals. Generate and analyze reports related to sales performance, licensing, and compliance tracking. Support the sales team by identifying missing or incomplete records and ensuring all necessary actions are completed. Administer municipal tax and sticker fee processes for machine installations, removals, and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate licensing records in Salesforce, ensuring all installations and removals are properly documented. Interface with municipalities to ensure compliance with all regulations. Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding licensing requirements and municipal fee tracking. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time in a company‑provided vehicle to support business operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms strongly preferred, but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and municipalities. Experience in a licensing, compliance, or administrative role is a plus. Sales operations, data management, or reporting experience is beneficial but not required. Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across the organization.
