Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates Needed Immediately | Mount Pleasant, WI

Aerotek is currently hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates for a brand-new manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant, WI. Opportunities are available on all three shifts, and no prior manufacturing experience is required. We provide comprehensive training for all job responsibilities.

Shift Schedules & Pay

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• $18.00/hour

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

• $19.80/hour

3rd Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM

• $19.80/hour

Optional overtime is available on weekends.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment by loading boards and components, monitoring machine performance, and maintaining material supplies.

• Transfer products through various production stages and ensure efficient workflow.

• Assemble server components using hand and power tools while following digital work instructions.

• Perform quality testing, document production activity, and move finished products to designated areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of work experience in any industry.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

• No manufacturing experience required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
