OverviewWho Are We Looking For?CAPTRUST is seeking a Wealth Relationship Manager to help build and be part of a very successful wealth management practice with team assets currently exceeding $50 billion. You'll provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management solutions, and risk management to wealth clients. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients towards their short and long-term financial goals.The internal title for this role is intended to be Financial Advisor | Relationship Manager.ResponsibilitiesManage Client Relationships: Support and grow existing client relationships while increasing direct communication and service responsibilitiesExecute Client Service: Manage financial planning projects, client requests, and meeting coordination with a high degree of ownershipDeliver Wealth Planning: Prepare and support financial planning recommendations across investments, retirement, estate, charitable, and insurance strategiesImplement Portfolio Strategies: Execute portfolio changes including rebalancing, transitions, and tax-loss harvesting; monitor alignment with client objectivesParticipate in Client Meetings: Prepare materials and contribute to client discussions, presentations, and ongoing reviewsCoordinate Across Teams: Serve as a liaison with internal departments to ensure efficient execution and high-quality client outcomesSupport Business Development: Assist in identifying new opportunities, building referral networks, and developing client acquisition skillsTravel: Be available to travel as needed.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:4-year college degree, with Finance or similar major or equivalent work experienceMinimum 10 12 Years of experience in sales and related industry experience in wealth management, financial planning, and investment vehicles Series 65 or must obtain within 90 days of start dateDesired Qualifications/Skills:Strong communication skills, including public speaking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
