Senior Property Accountant

Lead month‑end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant billings, and cash management processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, and compliance activities. Partner with operations, leasing, and asset management teams to drive portfolio performance and financial accuracy. Prepare financial analyses, reporting, and insights for leadership and key stakeholders. Maintain lease‑related accounting and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency. Requirements: Degree in Finance or Accounting (Required) 3+ years of accounting experience (Required) Property Accounting/Real Estate Experience (Preferred) Ability to go on site 5 days a week Salary $90‑100k Benefits & Compensation Salary: $90‑100k annually.
