Senior Staff Accountant

Analyze financial statement variances and communicate key drivers to management. Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure reliable financial reporting. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests. Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal control requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives. Perform additional accounting and finance responsibilities as needed. Requirements: 1+ years of accounting experience (Required) Public Accounting or Public Company Experience (Highly Preferred) Degree in Finance or Accounting (Required) Ability to go on site 4 days a week Salary $80-90k plus bonus To be immediately considered, APPLY NOW!
