Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing substance use and mental health counseling tailored to the specific needs of clients, aged from youth through adults.

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and the unique goals of clients.

• Managing case documentation and maintaining timely and accurate records for all clients.
\n
• Scheduling regular appointments and following up on client progress to ensure continuity of care.

• Utilizing appropriate billing services for timely processing of client claims and insurance matters.
\n
• Offering therapeutic interventions, including individual and couples therapy, focusing on fostering healthy relationships and improving mental well-being.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care and referrals to appropriate resources as needed.

Your primary focus will be on providing support to a diverse demographic, including individuals with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and their families. Many of our clients are facing critical life transitions, necessitating a compassionate and skilled approach. Your ability to connect with clients and provide meaningful counsel during their most vulnerable times is crucial to their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a human services or behavioral healthcare field.

• A valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in fields related to chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment.

• A strong understanding of therapeutic methods and best practices in outpatient counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working collaboratively with couples and families in a therapeutic setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of case management strategies and familiarity with billing processes will further enhance your contribution to our clinical team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
