Description HRIS Analyst Location: Buffalo General Medical Center Location of Job : US:NY:Buffalo Work Type : Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description The HRIS Analyst manages the Kaleida Health HRIS system, including its data, security, and upgrades. The HRIS Analyst supports all HR functions including payroll, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee management, support self -service functionality. Assists in the coordination of all HR system upgrades and assists with modifications to include testing, training of staff and documentation. Assists with providing data to reconcile payroll data for tax reporting (Federal 941, NYS 45, W-2) and provide payroll reports as required for 990 filings, ICR submissions and audits. Performs various audits, creates reports and performs uploads into the HR systems as required.
