Field Sales Executive Stand Strong Fencing of Waukesha is hiring a Field Sales Executive to meet with homeowners and business owners at pre-booked, warm appointments, and turn those conversations into signed projects. You'll run our proven, structured sales process from first consultation to signed proposal. Stand Strong Fencing of Waukesha Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $30,000/year plus 4% commission on sales On-target earnings of $70,000–$80,000 year one and $100,000+ year two, based on individual performance Performance bonus of up to $1,000/month after your first 90 days, tied to gross margin targets and close ratio Company-branded vehicle provided Company-provided iPad and mobile number Warm, pre-booked appointments Clear path to Sales Manager or General Manager, with the opportunity to build and lead your own team PTO, paid holidays, and sick pay Paid training provided What You'll Do Run confirmed, pre-booked appointments: qualify the customer's needs, present a consultative proposal, and generate accurate estimates using our in-house CRM Generate additional business through organic lead generation, networking, and referrals Build deep product, technical, and industry knowledge so you can answer any customer question with confidence Track competitors and market trends to spot new business and marketing opportunities Plan and prioritize your appointments and sales calls to maximize your calendar Partner with the install team to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and fully delivered Keep clean, accurate records of sales activity and customer communications in our CRM Represent Stand Strong Fencing of Waukesha professionally in every customer and colleague interaction Attend trade shows, home shows, and local networking events to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities What You Bring 3+ years of sales experience in the home services industry (fencing, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, or similar) A track record of strong communication, active listening, and persuasive, consultative selling The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and stay motivated toward monthly goals Comfort with basic computer tools (CRM, email, estimating software) A valid driver's license and a clean driving record A college degree in a related field is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements This role includes in-home and in-field customer visits in all seasons. You should be able to: Stand, walk, sit, kneel, crouch, and climb or balance as needed during appointments Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 100 lbs Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Drive a motor vehicle for extended periods Ready to Apply?
