What You'll Do

The Sales Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, and development of all sales staff.

• Ensure sales goals are attained
• Manage daily activity and training of the sales staff
• Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
• Address and resolve customer concerns

The Sales Manager reports to the General Manager.

What You'll Bring

• 2 or more years of dealership Sales Manager experience
• Must have a track record with an exceptional CSI
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
