Our client located in Santa Ana, CA is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a Contract basis. They are seeking an individual that has experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll and brings strong Microsoft Excel skills. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and process payroll for 2,500+ employees on a weekly and bi-weekly basis Reconciliation of timecards and payroll data in UKG software Utilize software to sort compliance tracking and audit data for reporting purposes monthly Process garnishments on a bi-weekly basis - 25 on average Support various projects related to customers job sites and process timekeeping data that will be uploaded into UKG for reporting Additional responsibilities as required by management Qualifications : UKG is preferred Brilliant Staffing, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applications from all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brilliant
