Warehouse Manager

Role Overview Warehouse Manager will report to the Plant Manager and lead all warehouse activities and personnel at the Chagrin Falls plant and off‑site locations, ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing and distribution operations. Workload distribution is approximately: 25% Continuous Improvement Initiatives 25% Daily Management of Employee Activities 25% Communicating with other Departments within the Facility 10% Training Employees 15% KPI Review and Expectation Communication Responsibilities Fully support facility safety programs and actively contribute to continuous improvement of safety performance. Ensure OSHA requirements are met in the warehouse and promote safe practices throughout the facility. Manage plant systems to maximize employee safety and minimize environmental risk. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations. Manage warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, tracking shipments and returns, and liaising with customers and suppliers. Adhere to all environmental requirements and appropriate storage practices. Supervise and lead a team of 8+ staff. Advocate for growth and flexibility. Assist with ongoing training. Manage plant inventory and lead full physical and cycle count processes. Provide logistics and scheduling support as needed. Maintain SAP transactional accuracy for warehousing processes. Continually challenge and improve warehouse processes. Investigate, justify, and introduce enhancements. Work closely with inventory planning, production, and finance to support regional sales and operational goals. Maintain FIFO stock rotation. Identify obsolete stock and manage the obsolescence process. Plan maintenance for warehouse areas. Monitor performance of freight carriers and timeliness. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or Planning. 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehousing environment. Prior contribution to inventory control practices. Good SAP knowledge. Detailed knowledge of MS Office. Ability to provide leadership and establish courses of action to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Cost- and result-focused mindset. Advanced strategic skills and strong analytical problem-solving skills. Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing skills with attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $96,000 - $120,000. In addition to salary, H.B.
