Job SummaryJX Advanced Metals USA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll DoShippingPull, prepare, and package materials and products for shipment.Verify shipping documents, labels, and product information for accuracy.Assemble, label, and package products according to customer and company requirements.Stack, band, and stretch-wrap pallets for shipment.Use pallet jacks and material handling equipment to stage shipments and load trucks.Ensure all shipments are prepared safely and on schedule.ReceivingReceive incoming deliveries and unload materials using pallet jacks and other equipment.Verify quantities and compare received materials to packing slips and purchase orders.Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.Accurately enter and maintain receiving records.Inventory & Material HandlingMatch product and serial numbers to company records and databases.Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the facility.Use lifting assist devices and material handling equipment to safely move products.Support inventory accuracy and warehouse organization efforts.Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and inventory transactions.Good communication and teamwork skills.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.Why Join JX Advanced Metals USA?Competitive payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysTraining and career growth opportunitiesStable and growing manufacturing companyTeam-oriented and safety-focused workplaceScheduleFull -time position1st Shift and 2nd Shift opportunities availableOvertime may be required based on production schedules and business needsPhysical RequirementsFrequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.Regularly use hands and arms to handle materials and operate equipment.Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.Ability to use pallet jacks, lifting assist devices, and other material handling equipment.Work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to moving equipment.Hiring ProcessQualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
