You will be operating from the comfort of your own location, with the benefit of a fully supported remote work infrastructure. Our outpatient office setting enables you to interact with colleagues through virtual meetings while having the autonomy to manage your schedule within our operational hours of 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop tailored therapeutic strategies based on individual needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and the ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay current with best practices and emerging research in the mental health field.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in immediate need, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing marital and family challenges, those dealing with trauma, and individuals addressing substance misuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is mandatory.
