General Production

As an Assembler and Tester, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and preparing machined components and finished products according to established quality and production standards. You will work closely with the machining department to ensure products meet customer specifications and performance requirements before shipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble machined components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Perform functional, pressure, and quality testing on products and assemblies as required.
• Verify dimensions, fit, and performance of assembled components using measuring devices and testing equipment.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, work orders, and quality documentation.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment safely.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of production, manufacturing, or assembly experience.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in quality control and materials handling.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beloit, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
