We're Hiring | HSE Manager – Solar Project | Kentucky EOSOL is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join a photovoltaic project in Kentucky, USA . We are seeking a professional to lead and oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities on site, ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting the successful execution of the project. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all HSE activities throughout project execution Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and project requirements Conduct and oversee risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections Lead incident investigations and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions Promote and strengthen a proactive safety culture across all project teams Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel regarding HSE matters Prepare and maintain HSE reports, KPIs, and project documentation Requirements Previous experience as an HSE Manager in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects Experience in solar/photovoltaic projects is highly preferred Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, procedures, and safety management systems Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Local candidates or professionals with a TN Visa are welcome to apply Compensation Gross annual salary: USD 100,000/year #J-18808-Ljbffr EOSOL
