Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Digital Services to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of public-facing digital projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with business goals.
This role requires strong expertise in managing web-based projects, stakeholder communication, and modern software delivery practices.

Job Overview

This role requires strong expertise in managing web-based projects, stakeholder communication, and modern software delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Define project objectives and create detailed project plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
- Manage user stories and workflows using tools like Azure DevOps
- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed
- Oversee software release cycles and ensure timely delivery
- Minimum 8+ years of experience managing web-based projects
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality websites and digital solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern development practices
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in complex environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working closely with technical teams
- Background in journalism, content writing, or marketing
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM) and SEO tools
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Airtable, Azure
- Experience in budget and resource management
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Capability to manage deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
