RecruiterWe are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide variety of positions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source qualified candidates, manage interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application through hire. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation and negotiations.Provide timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.Build strong relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted point of contact.Maintain a high-touch, positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to meet hiring goals.Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open positions.Support onboarding activities and pre-employment processes as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting for administrative, HR, customer service, operations, professional services, healthcare, nonprofit, or corporate roles preferred.Knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and networking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Rippling, or similar systems.Experience supporting both temporary and direct-hire recruiting efforts.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
