Qualifications Marriott or hotel F&B experience preferred Current or previous experience in restaurant roles including hosting, waiting, and cashiering, with a clear pathway to management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task Prior cash handling & experience with TOAST POS system preferred TIPS or Serve Safe certification required Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Possess working knowledge of computers, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
