Duties and Responsibilities Listing homes for sale on the NWMLS Advising the Seller on preparing their home for a listing Submitting all offers to the Seller for consideration Helping Seller negotiate offers towards mutual acceptance Working on the Seller's behalf in coordinating the transaction process Working with Buyers to towards finding a home to purchase Helping Buyers complete the required purchase agreement forms Working with the Buyer on their behalf to negotiate a mutual agreement Coordinating inspections, reports, and repair negotiations Assisting Buyers through the transaction closing and possession of property Skills and Qualifications Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Free Mentorship Program No Monthly Fees Compensation Competitive commission splits.
