Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health challenges, crafting effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions applying evidence-based techniques tailored to encourage personal growth, resilience, and emotional stability.
• Engage clients in establishing therapeutic goals collaboratively, maintaining consistent tracking of progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide remote teletherapy solutions, ensuring consistent support for those with mobility challenges or during transitional periods.
• Uphold ethical standards and secure client confidentiality by maintaining accurate documentation of all client interactions and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications

• State certification required: Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is essential.

• Demonstrate empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental approach to clients’ histories and struggles.
