Remote Onboarding Manager: Fast-Track Customer Value

Overjoy is looking for an Onboarding Manager to own the initial customer journey for our wholesale platform. This full-time remote role drives new customers from signup to first wholesale wins, conducting onboarding calls and ensuring rapid time-to-value. You will train customers on the product, troubleshoot onboarding issues, and collaborate with sales, account management, and engineering to resolve needs while developing onboarding materials and tracking KPIs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Overjoy
