We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our marketing and promotional activities. This position focuses on assisting with event preparation, coordinating daily activities, and providing a positive experience for customers and event attendees.

The Event Assistant will work closely with team members to ensure promotional events are organized, brand information is communicated accurately, and scheduled activities are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and comfortable working in an active, team-oriented environment.

• Assist with the preparation and execution of scheduled promotional events and marketing activities.

• Support the setup and organization of event materials, displays, and promotional resources.

• Represent client brands and provide information about featured products and services.

• Welcome customers and respond to general questions regarding current offerings.

• Assist with coordinating daily event schedules and assigned responsibilities.

• Maintain a professional and organized event environment.

• Communicate promotional information clearly and consistently.

• Support customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives.

• Gather customer feedback and share relevant information with team members.

• Monitor event supplies and assist with maintaining promotional materials.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure event activities run smoothly.

• Participate in team meetings, campaign briefings, and training sessions.

• Complete additional event and marketing-related responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in events, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional environment.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.

• Ability to follow event guidelines and established procedures.

• Previous experience supporting events or promotional activities is beneficial but not required.
