Customer Service Specialist Job Details
- Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Doraville, GA 30340 (On-site / In-office only)
- Spare Parts Management & Quotations: Prepare and issue quotes for spare parts, communicate pricing and terms with clients, coordinate with overseas manufacturing suppliers, and oversee order processing from entry to fulfillment.
- Inventory Coordination: Partner with the Service Manager to track spare parts inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment to support seamless service operations.
- Logistics & Transportation: Organize and manage inland ground transportation for service deliverables, as well as coordinate shipping and logistics for industry trade shows and exhibitions.
- Service Operations & Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate service documentation, including transport records, service reports, and client correspondence.
- Customer Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for the After-Sales department, addressing inquiries, providing order status updates, and delivering high-quality customer care.
- Technical Support Triage: Answer incoming technical support calls, log detailed ticket information into the CRM system, and route inquiries to technical staff for quick resolution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service, operations, or logistics support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and hands-on experience using CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization & Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to manage high-volume email traffic and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Teamwork: A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues across departments.
- Location: On-site at our office in Doraville, GA 30340.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office (Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role). Candidates must be dependable, punctual, and available to work on-site daily.
