Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Qualifications Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
