• Experience: Prior neonatal ICU experience preferred, but not required

What You ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support daily coverage of a 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support continuity of care from admission to discharge
• Work in a newly renovated, cutting-edge hospital environment
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care within a community-focused health system

What You Need:

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
• Previous NICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Residency in the immediate area; relocation may be required
