- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments for multiple clinicians efficiently.
- Collect payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Problem-solve client issues and inquiries with professionalism.
- File documents and maintain organized records.
- Enter demographics and insurance information into the software program.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Understand Prior Authorizations
- Knowledge on handling Medical Records
- Availability: Must be available to work in both locations (Merrillville and Munste)
- Schedule: Open availability required from Monday to Saturday, including varied shifts with closing shifts two to three times a week and Saturday shifts. Shifts could be 8/9am to 5pm, 12pm to close (8pm) or 2/3pm to close etc.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel between locations.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, excellent time management, and a positive attitude.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking with an above-and-beyond mentality and a good call-off history.
