Registered Nurse (RN) Educator - Schuyler Ridge

Job Summary Schuyler Ridge Nursing Home in Clifton Park, NY is a 120‑bed skilled nursing facility focused on resident‑first care. We are hiring an RN Education Specialist to work full time and support staff education and training. The role involves influencing, sharing knowledge, and developing curricula for staff who are passionate about advancing their nursing practice. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to maintaining compliance with DOH regulations and survey preparation. Employment Details Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Requirements Valid NYS RN license 3‑5 years of related experience in a long‑term care facility, preferably as a staff development coordinator Strong communication and group curriculum development skills Familiarity with DOH regulations and survey preparation Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general computer skills Passion for teaching and comfort working with staff at all levels Pay Range: $83,200–$109,844.80 per year. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
