Sales Manager
Brustolon Buick - GMC is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Mystic, Connecticut. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to meet them
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Train and onboard new sales team members
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly motivated and target-oriented
- Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
