Cassity Jones Building Materials Tyler Contractor Account Manager

Act as outside building material account manager between home builders and Cassity Jones Building Materials. Provides quality service that exceeds the builder’s and their potential customer’s expectations.

Essential Functions:

1. Work with builders, and their customers throughout the construction phase by identifying specific selections of all necessary construction materials and millwork items to ensure satisfaction for all parties.


2. Monitor product services for the builder and their customers from conceptualization to completion.


3. Provide process improvement input for Cassity Jones Building Materials based on the total experience from the builder’s perspective.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

1. Complete plan takeoffs of construction and millwork materials.


2. Broad knowledge of new/custom home construction.


3. Broad understanding of the flow of construction.


4. Ability to coordinate their own and other’s actions, manage their time effectively to meet project timelines, and oversee material distribution.


5. Foresight and ability to determine when something is wrong or likely to go wrong.


6. Must have good customer relation skills.


7. Working experience with construction sub-contractors.


8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


9. Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
