Corporate Paralegal

Corporate ParalegalWe are seeking an experienced paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic and growing organization.Key responsibilities include assisting attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents, handling mechanic's liens, filings, and construction-related legal processes, conducting legal research and maintaining organized case files, supporting e-discovery processes and managing document databases, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed.Qualifications include a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or a bachelor's degree with minimum five years of paralegal experience, three to five years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law, strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic's liens, and construction law preferred, familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems, and excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
