Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Director of Finance and Accounting Search at StevenDouglas High growth private equity backed company in Miami is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their growing team. Report to the CFO who is an excellent leader and mentor. They take great pride in promoting from within the company. Opportunity to make a true impact. Responsibilities include building/maintaining financial models, complex scenario analysis, M&A due diligence and integration support, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, data analysis, KPI analysis and reporting, and creating dashboards for reporting to senior leadership. Competitive compensation plus bonus. Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field 5-8 years of progressive FP&A experience Must have experience creating and developing financial modeling Power BI HIGHLY preferred Advanced Excel skills required Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance Industries Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals and Financial Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
