Sr. Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in Miami. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong technical accounting foundation, preferably with Big 4 public accounting experience and an active CPA certification (or in progress). This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, gain exposure to complex accounting matters, and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842, etc.) Support external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions Improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification required (or actively pursuing) 3–6+ years of accounting experience, with prior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP is a plus Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing accounting professional looking to transition from public accounting into industry or take the next step in their career within a high-growth organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
