HR Generalist

HR Generalist Detail-oriented Bilingual HR Generalist (Mandarin) with proven experience supporting manufacturing environments of 300‑400 employees. Expertise in managing accurate, timely payroll and benefits administration while delivering responsive employee support across multiple shifts. Details Temp-to-Hire position $30.00 to $35.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Process end to end payroll for hourly and salaried employees Audit timecards, overtime, shift differentials, and incentive pay Maintain payroll records, tax withholdings, garnishments, and direct deposits Support benefits administration, including enrollments and employee questions Assist with open enrollment, benefits billing, and vendor coordination Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and state/federal regulations Provide responsive support to employees, supervisors, and HR partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of full cycle payroll experience (manufacturing preferred) Experience supporting 300+ employees strongly preferred Must be fluent in both Mandarin/English Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
