We're looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll bring designs to life by operating CNC equipment to create precision components that support some of our most innovative projects. You'll work with drawings, materials, and advanced machinery while collaborating with fabrication and production teams to ensure every part meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. • Review work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to plan machining operations and interpret GD&T requirements.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or routers to produce quality parts according to specifications.
• Load materials, adjust machine settings, and verify first-run parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform machining operations including drilling, cutting, routing, turning, threading, and related processes.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues, make machine adjustments, and replace tooling as needed.
• Inspect finished parts and maintain quality standards through established quality assurance procedures.
• Monitor material inventory and coordinate supply needs to support production schedules.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with production, fabrication, and carpentry teams to ensure parts are produced accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and shift documentation while communicating operational updates and production issues to team members and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of CNC machining, CNC operation, manufacturing, fabrication, or related experience preferred. Experience operating CNC routers, mills, lathes, or similar manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Working knowledge of GD&T and machining best practices. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, geometry, and trigonometry. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Experience operating CNC routers.
• Experience in woodworking, exhibit fabrication, custom manufacturing, or production environments.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows and experience reviewing CAD files using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar software to support production planning and manufacturing processes.
