Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by using evidence-based practices. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, guiding them towards improved mental health.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other verified methodologies to support clients in developing coping mechanisms to deal with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards. Your diligence in this area will help uphold our organization’s commitment to professionalism.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and various other mental health professionals. Leverage collective expertise to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

• Experience in employing solution-focused therapeutic techniques, allowing for tailored interventions that address individual client needs.

Preferred Experience\n
