Medical Front Office - Patient Service Specialist
CHILDREN'S MEDICAL GROUP, P.C.
Front Desk Member We are seeking a full-time front desk member for our large Pediatric Practice in Atlanta, GA at 1875 Century Blvd NE. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Pediatric clinical office setting and in-depth knowledge of all front office procedures and claim scrubbing. Excellent verbal communication is a must. Full Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM with 1-hour lunch Saturday: 8:30am-noon (rotating) Salary: Hourly based on experience Greet patients and families upon arrival Check-in/ check-out, collect copay's, verify demographics and insurance Answer phones and schedule appointments Performs additional duties as required. Requirements include: 0-3 years of Healthcare experience, preferably Pediatric. Bubbly personality Bilingual a plus Familiarity with computers and other office equipment. Basic typing and keyboard skills. Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
