What You’ll Do

Build, repair, and install custom trim, cabinetry, and woodwork
Collaborate with other skilled carpenters on preserving historic homes
Do a range of construction work from rough framework to final finish
Select and assess materials for quality and authenticity
Ensure all work is high quality and meets remodeling codes and safety standards

What You Bring

8+ years of carpentry experience (trim, finish, and cabinetry)
Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations
Knowledge of a wide variety of construction techniques including framing, installation, trim, etc.
Personal hand tools, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
Proficiency with shop and power tools (skill saw, miter saw, jigsaw, etc.)
Physical ability to climb ladders and lift heavy materials
A strong work ethic, team spirit, and the ability to work independently
