UI/UX Designer - Remote

Salary: $191,131.2 - 191,131.2 per year Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience; experience with internal tools or B2B products is preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating work across user research, interaction design, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Figma for design specifications, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience creating standards for vibe-coded web applications.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple design requests across products based on impact.
• Strong communication skills for documenting standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Self-direction and the ability to ramp up quickly through structured onboarding.
• Preferred: Experience building or maintaining a design system from scratch.
• Preferred: Experience designing AI-powered or agent-based products.
• Preferred: Familiarity with front-end frameworks and component libraries.
• Preferred: Experience creating brand and launch materials for product rollouts.
• Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as AGW employees.

• Bring products to users, facilitate structured design feedback sessions, and turn findings into prioritized improvements.
• Test the usability of existing and in-development tools, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and maintain a research repository.
• Create design specifications, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for products and features.
• Review existing products and proposed changes, and develop interactive prototypes to align stakeholders.
• Create logos and visual identities for internal products and services.
• Produce graphics and illustrations for user interfaces and communications.
• Develop marketing and launch materials for internal tool rollouts.
• Build and maintain an internal design system, including a component library, style guide, and design patterns.
• Contribute to builds through vibe coding, especially for marketing pages, brand assets, and lightweight front-end experiences.
• Document design standards, research methods, and system patterns.
• Work with builders, product partners, and stakeholders to identify adoption barriers and turn user needs into scoped design work.
