State of Mind Apparel , a growing screen printing, embroidery and promotional products company, is seeking an experienced Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to help oversee the daily flow of our business.

The Person We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping things moving. You’re organized, dependable and comfortable making decisions in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

You have experience in operations, management, customer service or a similar role, and you know how to communicate effectively with both customers and employees. You’re someone who naturally looks for ways to improve processes rather than simply working around problems.

Industry experience in screen printing, embroidery or promotional products is a plus, but it’s not required. We can teach you our business. What we’re really looking for is someone with the leadership, organization and initiative to grow into a key operational role within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow between customer service, sales, graphics and production
• Support and guide employees while helping maintain accountability 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
• Monitor orders from initial request through completion 
• Coordinate between customer-facing teams and production staff to ensure on-time delivery
• Track and manage production timelines, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively
• Help prioritize jobs and ensure deadlines and customer commitments are being met
• Maintain accurate records of orders, production status, and customer communications
• Implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Handle customer questions, concerns and problem-solving 
• Help create a positive, organized and professional work environment 
• Build relationships with existing customers and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist ownership with day-to-day operational decisions 
• Take on increasing operational and leadership responsibility as knowledge of the business grows 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in operations management, customer relations position, production coordination, or a related role
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly communication style
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in apparel, print, or manufacturing industries is a plus but not necessary
• Proficiency with order management systems, spreadsheets, and basic business software
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to work on-site in Zieglerville, PA and collaborate with a small, close-knit team
