Assistant Director of Nursing

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care

• Manage the nursing department, overseeing daily operations, staff assignments, and patient care

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare partners, physicians, and other stakeholders

• Provide mentorship and coaching to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing change

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies

• Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, including on-call responsibilities and emergency situations

Requirements:

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a clinical or leadership role

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher

• Current Ohio RN licensure

• Proven leadership and management skills , with the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff
