Job Opportunity: PHP/IOP Physician
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to join our Psychiatry Department in a role focused on our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medication regimens.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Support patient stability and recovery through comprehensive care.
Located in Southern California, our area is recognized as the only Blue Zone in the nation, fostering a family-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on health and wellness. We are situated between Los Angeles and Palm Springs in the Inland Empire, at the base of the San Bernardino mountains. Residents enjoy easy access to a variety of outdoor activities, including beaches, skiing, and hiking. The region boasts a low cost of living and excellent educational institutions, both public and private. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.
Compensation and BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
