This position runs from ASAP through 5/21/27 and involves serving a diverse caseload of 50-60 students across several schools, including Camber, Bridges Academy, New Chelsea Elementary, Emerson Elementary, and Welborn Elementary.

This role offers exceptional flexibility: you'll craft your own schedule, visiting an average of 1-3 schools per day, giving you greater autonomy in how you organize your day-to-day responsibilities. Your expertise will play a crucial part in supporting students’ growth and development as you work collaboratively with educators and families.

Qualifications:

• Active Kansas OT licensure required
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to engage students of varying needs and backgrounds
• Adaptability and confidence in working across multiple sites

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services as part of each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Evaluate students and write progress reports as needed
• Develop and implement personalized intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
• Document services and maintain compliance with regulations
• Travel between designated schools as scheduled
