Work Environment\n

This is a remote telehealth position, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and connect with clients through our modern virtual platform. Our telehealth facility employs state-of-the-art technology to ensure a seamless experience for both counselors and clients, fostering effective communication and therapy delivery in a secure, confidential setting. While your primary working hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and utilize solution-focused therapeutic techniques to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement recognized modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to offer integrated patient care and attend regular case consultations and peer review sessions.

• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources for ongoing support.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing support to a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges. These may include individuals coping with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with clients from different backgrounds, emphasizing culturally sensitive care and personalized therapeutic approaches to foster trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proficiency in utilizing solution-focused psychotherapy strategies and an ability to adapt your counseling techniques to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
