Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs, utilizing structured interview techniques and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals and preferences, ensuring that strategies are evidence-based and culturally responsive.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients focusing on a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges, using diverse methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills that enhance therapeutic relationships and foster client trust.

• A compassionate demeanor paired with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle multiple clients and obligations.

• No history of disciplinary actions with any licensing board.

• Annual salary range between $90,000 and $104,000 , commensurate with caseload and experience.
