Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings of clients to identify mental health concerns, tailoring your approach to each individual's unique needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ specific challenges and aspirations, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, drawing from a diverse array of therapeutic modalities to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Collaborate actively with the treatment team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care, sharing insights from your assessments and regularly updating treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds, ages, and with various mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues, among other mental health disorders. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them through their unique experiences and challenges, utilizing a culturally competent approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Holds a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exhibit strong foundational training or substantial experience in mental health counseling.

• Demonstrate knowledge of evidence-based treatments for a variety of mental health concerns.

• Possess exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills, effectively building rapport and trust with clients.

• Exhibit strong communication skills to facilitate an effective working relationship with both clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly regarded.

• Experience working with marginalized communities and an understanding of culturally-responsive therapeutic practices.

• Prior involvement in group therapy facilitation can be beneficial but is not required.
