Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges and use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver therapy services using secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

• Engage actively with clients during virtual sessions, facilitating discussions that encourage self-exploration and personal growth.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and updates to treatment plans in a timely manner, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. As a therapist at Hope Haven, you will work with various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s specific needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms, with skills in building rapport and sustaining engaging therapeutic relationships in a remote setting.

• Exhibit strong empathy, active listening capabilities, and an understanding demeanor towards clients’ experiences.

• Proven time-management and organizational skills, allowing for efficient management of caseloads and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n
