This role is designed for a remote work setting, with periodic engagements at our outpatient office in McKinney, Texas, where our collaborative team meets to develop strategies and enhance care strategies. As part of our team, you will benefit from having a supportive work culture that values flexibility and prioritizes professional development. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations using structured therapeutic assessments, determining clients’ needs, and developing tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Employ effective therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while adapting methodologies to suit individual preferences and circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and legal requirements are consistently met.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to facilitate integrated care for patients.

• Participate in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment quality and share insights with colleagues.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and available community resources.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health research and trends, incorporating new insights into practice to optimize patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our clients may range from adolescents to adults, presenting unique challenges and requiring tailored interventions. Your role is critical in helping these individuals navigate their journeys to recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required; advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) in mental health disciplines are preferred.

• A current license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is necessary.

• Proven ability to implement solution-focused therapeutic approaches, tailoring strategies to individual client needs for effective outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
