Work Environment\n

This role is set in a remote outpatient environment , allowing for flexibility in meeting the needs of your clients while remaining part of a supportive team. The overall working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with possible flexibility to accommodate client scheduling preferences. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, utilizing evidence-based techniques to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address specific mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure the privacy of all clients.

• Engage in monthly case consultation meetings and peer review sessions to enhance treatment quality and foster professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually , based on your experience and qualifications.
