About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Division of Public Safety and Security. The successful candidate will be a strategic and community-centered leader, responsible for overseeing a complex, high-performing organization with a strong foundation in safety and security. This role demands a leader who can build on the existing foundation, strengthen trust and collaboration, and ensure a coordinated, transparent, and responsive approach to public safety. The Executive Director will be expected to provide strategic leadership, ensure institutional compliance with safety and security regulations, and lead the implementation of unified safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing a significant budget, partnering with university leadership, and serving as the principal advisor on safety and security matters.
